01How does your Brain get to know the business?+
We organise the documents you share with us: your brand, methods, projects and approved decisions. AI uses this context to prepare its answers, with sources available to consult. We define document scope and access with you; connections to other tools are priced separately.
02Does my data stay on my premises?+
The location of the memory and the AI engine are two separate choices. An installation on your premises may use an external API: the necessary excerpts then leave your environment. Providers, access and flows are defined before installation. Fully local operation requires hardware and model validation.
03Are images and maintenance included?+
Image generation and connectors are separately priced modules. Maintenance may cover scheduled updates, backup checks and periodic restoration testing. Its frequency, limits and price are specified in the quotation, with no implied 24/7 service.
04What budget should I expect?+
The price is determined after scoping volume, access and hosting. The initial conversation is free. Installation, data migration and modules are then paid services, quoted separately. No free custom prototype is promised.
