Proposed protocol, never presented as an executed n8n/Make trial. Use fictional requests and a test destination only.

## T06: response lost after creation

Prepare request DEM-104 and an approved action with a stable reference. In a controlled test environment, let creation succeed, then simulate loss of its acknowledgement. Trigger the recovery procedure. Expected: the same record is found and no second record is created. If its state cannot be established, there is no further write and manual review is visible. Also test simultaneous retries if they are within scope; a prior lookup alone does not guarantee uniqueness.

## T07: missing or stale approval

Prepare an unapproved proposal, then a proposal changed after approval of its previous version. Trigger the write path for each. Expected: neither writes; fresh approval of the correct version is required. Inspect the destination and review queue directly.
