01 / When does the rule change?
S02 is approved on 23 September. It transfers the role from Élise to Karim on 1 October. S03 proposes automatic sending without approval.
Understand the answer
Élise remains approver through 30 September. Karim takes over on 1 October. The two-day threshold and approval before sending do not change. A decision date is not an effective date.
02 / Partly delivered, complete or unknown?
Separate exercise: C201/L1 has 10 units at €80. C201/L2 is already delivered: 4 units at €250. C202/L1 remains undelivered: 5 units at €40. Total ordered value is €2,000 excluding tax.
Trace the arithmetic
At 4 units: delivered = 4 × 80 + 4 × 250 = €1,320; remaining = 2,000 − 1,320 = €680; delivered share = 66%. Neither order is fully delivered. At 10 units, C201 is complete but C202 remains open: 1/2 orders and 90% by value. An unknown quantity is not zero.
03 / What does a usable result cost?
Simplifying assumption: each attempt at the same task uses the average tool cost and human time below. Shared setup cost is added once. These are not vendor prices or measured results.
Why include abandoned attempts?
Their cost was incurred even when their output is unused. Total = attempts × (tool + minutes × hourly rate / 60) + setup. Cost per accepted result = total / accepted. With zero accepted results, that ratio is undefined. Define business acceptance before entering the usable-result count.
